How to make Mascarpone Stuffed Dates with Maple Pecans
Move oven rack to the top position and turn your oven broiler on low.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Slice dates lengthwise (not all the way through) to create an opening for the mascarpone cheese.
Stuff each date with mascarpone cheese and space evenly on your lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle the chopped pecans on each date evenly and drizzle with maple syrup.
Broil for 3 minutes (watch carefully so they don’t burn!). Remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy warm or room temperature.
