Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough evenly. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, slice the dough into six equal horizontal strips.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over each strip, adjusting the amount to your taste.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Arrange overlapping pepperoni slices along the top edge of each strip, making sure half of each slice hangs over the edge.
Carefully roll each strip from one end to the other to form a rose shape, then place them in the greased muffin tin.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked. Allow them to cool for about five minutes before serving. Enjoy!
